Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer - Oh, the Torture! Review | Polish Pickup December 2018 | Frankly Kiersten Reviews
Hey, y'all! Bonus post this week because it's Polish Pickup week! *cue audience claps* This month is a little different. Every polish has a cap and things will ship faster! (Not a permanent thing, just because of the holidays.)
Oh, the Torture is based on Agony from Into the Woods. There's a cap of 50 and it's $12.
Polish Pickup is a monthly polish shopping extravaganza! Each month, there's a new theme (voted on by group members) and makers individually decide if they want to participate and create their own polish to meet the theme. This month, the store is open from 12/7-12/10, and you can buy as many or as few polishes as you want. The shipping is $3.00 total (US) (there's a $5 flat rate for Canada), no matter how many polishes you get, and they combine shipping if you make more than one order during the weekend!

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer's info:
Oh, the Torture is a steel blue linear holographic with faint blue flash, gold shimmer, and blue microflakies.
Brush macro.
Glossy nail macro.
This is a holographic polish but I was dealing with overcast all morning and I couldn't get it to show. Instead, I was able to get the shimmer and flakes, so I guess it's a toss-up?
The polish swatched perfectly, two coats and no issues. It dried super easily and there was no texture. Basically, the perfect polish.
Matte nail macro.
I definitely prefer this polish matte rather than glossy.
Formula: Good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
