Barkbox - November 2017 | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

What is BarkBox?: BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for your favorite pupper. Each box includes five items, two toys, two bags of treats, and a chew. You tell them the size of your pupper and how you want to pay, and then you decide if you want to spend an extra $9/box for an extra toy! It's divided into three sizes, so Trumpet fits nicely in the middle category as 'Just Right.'

How Much is BarkBox?: If you want no commitments, cancel anytime, the box is $29/month. A three-month commitment brings it down to $25/month. Six months is $23/month (billed up-front as $138) and a one-year commitment is $20/month but you get to pay monthly! You get free shipping anywhere in the US and Canada, but there is sales tax applied to certain states.

He judges me when I'm taking pictures of him. He hates pictures but he loves treats that I have behind the camera.

I love the little puppy coffee!!

Because November is Trumpet's birthday, we had the option last year to get a birthday cake/pie/cookie thing.

bff Bones Dog Treats ($5.00) - Bacon mac & cheese always sounds good in concept and almost never good in execution. The treats are a little small for Murphy but the right size for Trumpet!

Johnny Apple Squeaks Dog Toy ($10.00) - This hasn't ended up in Murphy's paws yet, mostly because it's just too cute. It's a burrow toy..kinda. The apples will fit all the way in the barrel but it's not as difficult to get out as traditional burrow toys.

Bonefire Bites ($5.00) - Bacon and maple flavored? It's like fall in a treat! These were easily eaten by picky Trumpet. They're a really nice size for both dogs.

Lamb Ear ($3.00) - Like with all of these bigger chews, I send them to my mom who either keeps them for her dogs (if they're small enough) or hands them off to a friend that rescues and has bigger dogs.

Pupkin Spice Latte ($10.00) - This is ADORABLE. I don't do PSL, I'm Peppermint Mocha all the way, but I can't lie about just how perfectly cute this is. This toy hasn't quite made it into rotation of being torn up as I have a literal pile of them that Murphy hasn't had the chance to kill, but he's waiting for it. He's shown interest in the fluff when I was going through everything.

This box was valued at $33, just over the cost of a one-off box. The value is more in the curation and with longer-term subscriptions, but we definitely loved this box!

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments!
