Fortune Cookie Soap Of the Month - November 2017 (12 Days of Christmas) | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

This box has been revamped since I purchased it. It's going to be a hybrid of the old Fortune Cookie Soap Box and the OTM Box. The box is $16.95 monthly, $67.80 quarterly (four boxes yearly a la the old school box), and $186.12 yearly. Go here for all of the info. Yes, FCS will be returning to my house in 2019.

What is Fortune Cookie Soap's FCS of the Month Box?: Fortune Cookie Soap of the Month is Fortune Cookie Soap's monthly box to get your monthly fix of FCS products. It launched at the beginning of the year and has had some amazing themes so far. Each month's box has a different theme (hair, body, face, feet, etc.) and will have a mix of past, present, and new scents/products along with at least one brand new product. You can skip any months you want to so it's the perfect subscription if you want specific items or only want a few boxes a year.

How Much is Fortune Cookie Soap's FCS of the Month Box?: FCS of the Month is $28.00 plus shipping ($6.95 for the US). Use code 'Firstfcsbox' to save $6.95 off of your first box.

Yep, they did a 12 Days of Christmas box. Things were wrapped, I put a lot of effort into making this look like a normal box but still show each item off. These are special items that aren't available for purchase so there's not a value for this box.

Oh the first day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a bag. This reminds me of something that comes in the Walmart makeup kits. It's not the best quality and it went in the giveaway pile.

Oh the second day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..Perfume Oil. Like I've mentioned before I can't do perfume oils because I make a mess. It smelled nice, though.

Oh the third day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a super cute little ornament. It's not very big but it looks nice on the mini tree that I have up all year long. It was originally scented but it's not any longer.

Oh the fourth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a bath oil. I don't take baths. Period. Giveaway.

Oh the fifth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a bath bomb. It's super cute but again, no baths. Giveaway.

Oh the sixth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a Doodie Spray. No comment necessary. Giveaway.

Oh the seventh day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a Sponge Puff. This is a cool thing but I'm particular to the type of puff I use and this isn't that type. Giveaway.

Oh the eighth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..soap. At least the Soap part of FCS has come true. I thought it might be one of their fortune cookie soaps but at least it's a soap. I ended up giving this away not because I didn't like it but because I have so many soaps.

Oh the ninth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..an essential oil. It smells a little too Christmasy even for me. I'm still not a fan of oils that I'm supposed to put on my skin. Giveway.

Oh the tenth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..an OCD Hand Sanitizer. I always keep these because I always find myself needing more hand sanitizers. It smells super sweet like baking, which I'm always a fan of.

Oh the eleventh day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a foaming sugar scrub. I don't use these very much so I hate keeping them and letting them go bad. Giveaway.

Oh the twelfth day of Christmas, FCS gave to me..a body frosting. I really like the body frosting (mostly because of the formula but partly because of how pretty it is). It smells great and is super moisturizing.

Overall, this box was a bust for me. I ended up giving away more than I kept and I really didn't see the value that I was hoping for. The theme was adorable but the items were all over the place. and some felt a little...cheap?

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments!
