Tonic Polish - Stars at Twilight Review | Swatch My Stash

Happy Tuesday! This week, we're supposed to get rain off and on for a while so that means yay for the allergies but nay for my hair...maybe I'll just stay inside all week long. :D Today I have an oldie but a goodie by Tonic Polish to share with you. She makes gorgeous multichromes and while this is a cream, it still has a little but of multichrome goodness. It's not available in her store but she does have some awesome polishes in stock!

Stars at Twilight is a dark denim blue cream with red/pink-gold shifting multichrome shimmer and silver holo micro glitters.

Brush macro.

Bottle macro.

Glossy nail macro.

The description says this is a denim blue polish but I mostly see a dusty, deep purple. The polish is a beautiful polish but it didn't apply like it looks in bottle.

The shimmer, though. Like, it's just so amazing and was such a fun polish to swatch and photograph.

Matte nail macro.

Matte, the shimmer all but disappears. It can be grabbed if you crank your hands around but I highly suggest this be worn as a glossy polish.

Formula: Good, a little streaky.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Quick dry.
Texture: None noted.
Finish: Shine.
Removal: Normal removal, no issues noted.
Top Coat Used: Glossy/Matte.

As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
