Ethereal Lacquer - Cosmic Soul Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews
Ethereal Lacquer is one of those brands that I had heard of but for some reason never grabbed up. When she came back (quite some time ago now), I made the leap with not only a regular polish purchase but a mystery bag as well. That's trust in a person, that's for sure. This is from that bag and while writing this, I'm just realizing how many pink polishes I've posted recently. This is absurd and I need to plan better.
Cosmic Soul is a vibrant neon pink crelly with color-shifting microflakies and purple flakies.

I love this polish. It's so bright and fun and perfect for Spring/Summer. It's even better in the sun, but I suck at outside swatch pictures.
I used three coats to get to this opacity as it was a bit thin and almost jelly-like. It is still a bit see-through but it's also good and squishy so that's fun. It dried down to a smooth finish and it had a shine finish.

I love this polish matte just as much as I love it glossy. It's vibrant and in your face regardless and that's what you want from a neon polish!

As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
