Play! by Sephora - November 2018 Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews
What is Play by Sephora?: Play! by Sephora is Sephora's own monthly subscription box! Each month will include five deluxe samples plus a fragrance sample (or sometimes a hair sample), all coming from the same brands that Sephora carries! Each box also includes a Play Book (tips and tricks) and a Play Pass (a one-on-one tutorial at Sephora and a bonus 50 points with purchase).
How Much is Play by Sephora?: Play by Sephora is $10/month plus your state's sales tax (if a Sephora is in your store). It ships for free but only to the contiguous 48 states.

Upon first glance, this appears to be just a basic Play from Sephora.

First Aid Beauty Hello Fab Coconut Micellar Makeup Melter ($4.81) - I used to only use Micellar Water for makeup removal, until I found my Farmacy Green Clean and realized how much I actually didn't like Micellar Water. I passed this along due to that.
Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb Bloom (Sample) - I love Flowerbomb so I figured I would like this version of it as well. Instant hit. I love keeping these samples in my purse for when I need to be freshened up or just feel extra stinky.
Christpohe Robinson Cleansing Volumizing Paste ($8.48) - I really try to like Christophe Robinson's products but they never seem to work for me.
Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Microfinishing Loose Powder ($4.24) - I used this sucker up on my under eyes. It set my concealer without leaving them looking crepe-y! I haven't repurchased this as I've found a loose powder for that very thing that I like more.
Clinique Pep Start Eye Cream ($5.50) - I've almost purchased this a couple of times, only to find myself deeply in a no-buy with more products than I can count. It's a good eye cream and definitely leaves them...peppy.
Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick (Pink Tea) ($3.31) - I love this tiny sample as it's tiny enough to keep in my purse rather than my makeup bag, and it is always the perfect lip color for when I need it. It touches up other colors well and the formula is really quite good.
Swatch of Sephora Collection.
This bag was valued at $26.34. It was an average month for Play, as I expected upon first glance.
As always, let me know what you thought about this bag in the comments!
