Birchbox - November 2018 Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews
When I received this box, it was $10/month (I signed up for six months) so I will base my opinions off of $10 instead of the new $15.
What is Birchbox?: Birchbox is the original subscription box, and it's still going strong. Birchbox sends anywhere from 4 to 8 products a month (full size, deluxe sample size, and sample size) and you can review your items each month for 10 points/item plus extra points for sharing your box on Social Media. You can also get additional points for getting a yearly subscription or getting referrals. Every 100 points you earn is $10 to use in their shop. Now on to the box!
How Much is Birchbox?: Birchbox is $15/month if you sign up monthly, $14/month if you sign up for six months (billed up front), and $13/month if you sign up for a year (billed up front). This is a jump from $10/month previously.
This was my final box from Birchbox. I finished out my six months and didn't find it had gotten better, at least not enough to keep it going.

MAC Strobe Cream (Pinklite) ($6.70) - I was never really sure what to do with this. Is is supposed to be for all over, is strobing back, the world may never know.
Sunday Riley CEO Rapid Flash Brightening Serum ($14.45) - This is a good serum, one that I've since received a couple more times, and one that I've loved when it comes in. The price tag frightens me and so I don't allow myself to love it too much.
Stila Cosmetics HUGE Extreme Lash Mascara ($10.45) - This is a stunningly good mascara if you want super long lashes as well as volumized ones. I passed it along to my mom who loved it.
The Beachwaver Co. Great Barrier Heat Protectant Hairspray ($4.65) - I was super excited to use this, until after I used it. It's nothing special and I prefer my other heat protectants.
Klorane Smoothing and Relaxing Patches with Soothing Cornflower ($3.43) - This is a really nice mask that I've received countless times. I use it when it comes in but it's never been something I wanted to purchase for myself.

This box was valued at $39.68, a decent value for a decent box. I wasn't super let down with this box in particular, but was generally let down over the course of my boxes.
