Barkbox - November 2018 (Just Right) Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

Links below are referral links. This means if you click my link and make a purchase of Barkbox, I will get a free box in return. Find out more info here.

What is BarkBox?: BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for your favorite pupper. Each box includes five items, two toys, two bags of treats, and a chew. You tell them the size of your pupper and how you want to pay, and then you decide if you want to spend an extra $9/box for an extra toy! It's divided into three sizes, so Trumpet fits nicely in the middle category as 'Just Right' whereas Murphy firmly fits in 'large.'

How Much is BarkBox?: If you want no commitments, cancel anytime, the box is $29/month. A three-month commitment brings it down to $25/month. Six months is $23/month (billed up-front as $138) and a one-year commitment is $22/month but you get to pay monthly! You get free shipping anywhere in the US and Canada, but there is sales tax applied to certain states.

Okay, so I promise I love this dog more than I love anything else, but this was hilarious.

Murphy, on the other hand, loved wearing it and probably would have left it on had I not taken it off myself. He thought he was cute, which he was.

This theme was ADORABLE.

Even the box was themed!

The included letter to ‘My Favorite Person.’

The possible leader items that could be received.

Merry Turkey or Whatever ($5.00) - These were chewy treats made with turkey, so they were safe-ish. They did have barley in them which we thing Murphy might be allergic to so if they were to be received again, they’d be passed along. Food allergies are fun!

Stink, Steak, Stunk. ($5.00) - These were those weird dried out crunchy treats so we passed them along, Trumpet doesn’t really care for this type of treat and it’s hard enough balancing what each can have.

Fred the Reindeer ($10.00) - RIP to Fred the Reindeer. This toy had the good fur that Murphy loves shredding and ripping off of toys, so I made sure to give this to him.

Young Grinch ($10.00) - I’m not at all ashamed to admit that I never gave this to the boys. It’s just so cute and I wanted it for a cute Christmas picture before giving it to them, and then I forgot (story of my life). I’ll give it to them this Christmas, maybe!

Fred’s Antlers ($2.00) - This was so fun to put on the boys that I ended up giving it to my mom for her to play with. She passed it along to another dog lover and we all had a good giggle.

Turkey Chew - This was chewy and perfect for both boys. When they get these in, I make sure to split it and give half to each. Half of this is the perfect size in my opinion, although I’m sure they’d eat six each if I let them.

This box was valued at $32.00, the typical value for this box. Overall, this was such a good month for Barkbox. A Grinch theme is always wonderful in this house as it’s one of our favorite Christmas movies, and getting the antlers made my Christmas.
