Alpha Lupi is a deep plum with a red hue and a red to blue shimmer.
Brush macro.
Bottle macro.
Glossy nail macro.
Oh my, this is such a pretty polish. It's a purple with a red tint so it's not a true red except under certain lights.
I used two coats and it was fully opaque. I did find it was a little patchy with the first coat but don't be discouraged, it will work itself out. It dried down easily and to a smooth finish. Also, wow past editing Kiersten, you did a great job making your fingers look like you died six days ago.
Matte nail macro.
I don't really like this with a matte top coat. It just is so pretty with a glossy top coat, why would you stifle the shine?!
Formula: Good, ever so slight patchiness.
Coats for Opacity: Two thin coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: Minimal texture.
