Emily de Molly - Brick is Dead Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

EdM is one of those brands that I bought some of the polishes way back in 2014/2015 and am finally getting around to swatching. I found a ton of older polishes in one of my drawers in my Helmer when I was cleaning it out and I felt shameful that I hadn't swatched any of them. Time to catch up!

Brick is Dead is a cobalt blue with micro flakies in blue, green, magenta and a silvery gold.

Glossy nail macro.

Oh my, isn't this such a stunning blue? I love a good cobalt and this checks all of the boxes.

I used two coats and while there was slight texture, it easily smoothed out with a coat of top coat. There weren't any dry issues and it applied easily.

Matte nail macro.

I really like this with a matte top coat. The flakie bits look nice under it and the blue still pops!
