Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer - Luminous Matter Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews
Disclosure: This was gifted to me, meaning I had no obligation to review it but I didn't pay for it either. I admin the BEGL fan group on Facebook as well as help run the IG. I have received PR from this brand in the past. Find out more info here.
BEGL is currently on a possible permanent hiatus. I'll let you know if she comes back. I miss her polishes.

Luminous Matter is a blue to purple shifting base with teal shimmer, small silver holo glitters and tiny iridescent flecks.
Brush macro.
Glossy nail macro.
At this point, I have so many blue polishes and it's hard to get me to find something interesting or different enough for me to want to buy/wear it. This is that something interesting. It's unique and has not only a ton of goodies in it, but a stunning deep blue base that has a denim look but darker and deeper!
I used two thin coats and it dried down smooth and to a shine. There weren't any application issues and there was no texture once it dried.
Matte nail macro.
I love this with a matte top coat just as much as I love it with a glossy top coat!
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two thin coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
