Target Beauty Box - August 2018 | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

I am an affiliate for Target. That means if you click one of the links below and make a purchase, I make a commission. For more information, click here.

What is Target Beauty Box?: Target releases a Beauty Box every so often. It has now become a sporadic event, so make sure you subscribe to my email updates to know when the next one comes out! The boxes can be seen prior to purchase, and they are curated 100% with products sold at Target, so you can get the products you love.

How Much is Target Beauty Box?: The price has been anywhere from $5-$10, but you get free shipping with your Beauty Box purchase. You will have to pay taxes if there is a Target in your state, though. Every box comes with a coupon for a Target purchase, which definitely makes it worth the money!

Good Summer box.

Theme card.

Info card.

Acure Brilliantly Brightening Day Cream ($9.99) - This is a fairly good day cream. It moisturizes but because it doesn't have an SPF, I had to layer. If I had it now, I could just use my powder SPF that I bought that I really enjoy, so I might grab another of this the next time I run out and I'm at Target.

Eden Body Works Body Lotion (Coconut, Shea, & Vitamin C) ($2.00) - I couldn't find an exact match for this, so this is an estimate. I didn't like the scent of this nor the texture, so I passed it along.

Bliss 2-in-1 Cleanser + Exfoliator with Bamboo Buffers ($1.58) - I wasn't the biggest fan of this, but I used it up. I used it in the shower so I still did cleansing at bedtime, but this did made my face feel a bit better and less dirty throughout this Summer.

Schick Intuition f.a.b. ($4.60) - Good razor, I used it and I think I bought the Target brand of new ones (because you really don't need to buy name brand razors, they're LITERALLY the same thing).

Not Your Mother's Beach Babes Soft Waves Sea Salt Spray ($1.17) - Oh heck no. This makes my hair a freaking mess. I like texture sprays and I like having soft waves, but I don't like salt sprays in my hair. It's already dry enough without adding salt. Good for my mom, though!

Simple Cleansing Wipes ($1.26) - I don't buy makeup wipes because wasteful, but I do use them when I get them in boxes/bags. I like to keep one of these samples in my purse for if something goes horribly wrong with my makeup, like the time I was in Savannah with what was supposed to be a really good foundation that OXIDIZED after I left the hotel and was on the way to a restaurant and my face looked like it had tanned for three band camps but my neck didn't make it. Long story short, won't repurchase but will reuse when they show up in another box.

This box was valued at $20.60. Because I knew everything that was in the box before I got it, I have no complaints (other than not liking the lotion but I'm weird like that).

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments!
