Happy Monday! This is a different type of review, but it was a really cool bag that Sephora released (I was actually in Europe so thoughts to husband who had to stop and wait while I grabbed this...we were in the middle of sightseeing) as a limited edition purchase. It was $20 with free shipping (for me, I don't know if it was free if you didn't have Flash/VIB Rouge) and it did show ahead of time what was included. I'm not sure if it did ship/arrive in the two days that I pay for because this showed up before I got back home.
Yes, this included the now viral SK-II Essence.
I like how they made it look similar to a typical Play! box but more...luxe.
This bag is insane. Thoughts to my camera because it freaked out while taking a picture of this. It's a good size and I currently use it as my current makeup bag for what I keep in my backpack. I can or cannot confirm that this will hold approximately 10 lipsticks in varying sizes.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb (Sample) - A Play! bag wouldn't be complete without a perfume sample. When I saw this was included, I admit I was sold instantly. This is in my top five of perfumes and I wear it somewhat frequently. This is actually the sample that I carry because it's small and I won't be completely devastated if it spilled (because I have a few samples).
Diorshow Mascara ($4.70) - I wish I could say that this is the best mascara or even somewhat amazing, but I didn't find all of the volume that I had hoped for from this. It's not a bad mascara, just not what I had hoped for.
SK-II Facial Treatment Essence ($11.19) - Yikes at how much this costs. I get it's awesome, but I honestly don't see myself spending $200 on an essence unless I win the lottery. The recommended use is to soak a pad with this first, which is a great way to use way too much product. To be fair, I suck at a skincare routine (if someone has an easy list of what to use when, beep me) so I haven't seen any change in my skin...but I think I've used it thrice. Whoops.
AMOREPACIFIC Moisture Bound Rejuvenating Crème ($24.00) - I wish this weren't so expensive because it's really, really good. My skin feels super moisturized and comfortable (does that make sense?). It's not a bad size so there are quite a few uses in there, but I just cannot see myself buying this in the somewhat near future. I've found a different moisturizer that works just about as good and it's a lot less expensive.
Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer ($7.20) - This was a bit of a surprise for its inclusion, not because it's a bad product but because Hourglass isn't a super luxe brand...more of just a high-end. I'd still rather have this primer than almost any other 'luxe' primers. This is a really good oil-free primer (for those that want such) and it does an okay job at minimizing my pores. I don't see a huge result but on par with most.
Tom Ford Lip Color (Indian Rose) ($16.20) - Holy crap on a cracker, this is the perfect lip color/product for me. It's lightweight, moisturizing, and just looks so nice against my skin tone. I'm not a huge fan of the name and definitely not a fan of the price, but this would be the luxury product I repurchase from this bag.

This bag was valued at $63.29, well over the cost of the bag. I expected a higher value return in this bag because of the higher cost and I was pleasantly surprised. While the products aren't ones I would probably pay for full-price, this was an awesome way to try out these luxe products and to see if they were actually worth the cost.
