Supernatural Lacquer - Descent from Heaven Review | Swatch My Stash

It's Indie Shop today, which means I'm writing this from the past and scheduling (like an adult). This is another old purchase from Supernatural Lacquer and it's a thermal, so beware, this is going to be a long post. I'm not sure if this has come back recently but I do know that this is one of my favorite thermals from SPNL! While I'm at The Indie Shop, you enjoy this post!

Here is Descent from Heaven.

Descent of Heaven is a blue to black thermal with glass flecks and rainbow microflakies.

Brush macro.

Bottle macro.

Warm glossy nail macro.

Whoops, there's a bit of transition on that pinky nail. I was using my old method of cooling/warming my nails (water) rather than the newly recommended method (ice packs/blowdryer), so it's harder to keep the nails in the right state. Also, wet fingers.

The warm shade is a gorgeous light denim blue. The flakies pop nicely and it works for all year long!

Cold glossy nail macro.

I super love the cold shade. It's a stunning and gorgeous black. The flakes do lighten it a bit and almost make it look like a super dark blue, but it really is black.

This polish applied so well without any issue, as do most all of my SPNL polishes.

Transition glossy nail macro.

Check out that transition. I really think this is one of those epic polishes that you must have, I only hate that thermals eventually stop transitioning.

I wish I had the skills to make a longer transition, this is gorgeous in the actual application where you can see a bigger transition line.

Transition matte nail macro.

With the matte top coat, the white/silver flakes really pop through. I like how they look with any of the thermal variations, though, so that might be me being partial to the flakes!
