Lollipop Posse Lacquer - Backwards and Inside Out Review
I'm still catching up on polishes I've bought and swatched and then haven't posted. This time, it's another Lollipop Posse Lacquer. Unfortunately, this polish isn't currently available but maybe there's a chance of it coming back.
Without any further ado, here is Backwards and Inside Out from The Midsummer Midnights Collection.
Backwards and Inside Out is a slate blue linear holographic with a subtle green shift.
Bottle macro.
Glossy nail macro.
I wasn't so sure about this when I first got it, I thought there was going to be more of a green shift than what I saw when it arrived in my hands.
The green shift does show up on the nail, which is what really matters, and it's a gorgeous shift. The blue base it a little darker than what I was expecting but it's still very pretty.
Matte nail macro.
With a matte top coat, the green seems to disappear and the holographic is just silver specks. Stick with the glossy, that's my opinion.
Formula: Good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Quick.
Texture: None noted.
Finish: Glossy shine.
