Tonic Polish - The Answer is 42 Review
It's that time again, time for one of Tonic Polish's ahhh-mazing nail polishes. This is from a Rainbow Connection duo from earlier this year..so I'm not sure if it'll come back or not. Make sure you check resell groups, you never know what will pop up there!
I did take a ton of extra swatches to show off all of the shifty-ness of this polish and those will be up on Instagram! There is so much of the shift and I didn't want to overload y'all here, so I thought I'd overload y'all on Instagram (and follow me while you're there!).
The Answer is 42 is a deep violet with teal-red shifting shimmer, a sprinkle of scattered holo, and fuchsia-gold-green shifting flakies.

The Answer is 42 is one of those polishes that you need to wear everywhere and just look at it for a good while. It doesn't have a ton of different shades in the shift but the shifts are so gorgeous.
Flake, flake, flake, flake, flake. They're pretty and a nice pop against the deep purple base.
Matte nail macro.
As usual, the flakies pop more when matte.
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Quick drying.
Texture: None noted.
Finish: Super shine.
