Hella Holo Customs - Darling Diva Polish
Today, something new and exciting for you. I had the pleasure of working with a customs group on Facebook, Hella Holo Customs. This is a customs group (meaning you must be in the group to purchase these polishes) all about polishes that are extremely or very holographic in some way. This is the first of two posts and is about the Darling Diva Polish customs, there will be a second so check here for the second post! Polishes are available from 11am HST January 14th to 11:59pm HST January 31st.
Now, let's get to the polish!
Look at these gorgeous polishes!
It's Diva Red, Darling! is a ruby red sheer polish with a linear holo and holographic round glitters.

Ah, red. The polish shade that I'm always hesitant to buy/try but when I actually wear it, it makes me feel fancy and badass at the same time.
So fabulous, so gorgeous.
Matte nail macro
Matte the holographic is settled down a bit and it looks almost jelly-ish.
Shown is It's Diva Red, Darling! with two coats and it became fully opaque so while it's a slightly sheer polish, it's not too sheer where you have to build it up. There was texture due to the glitters and I used two layers of top coat to smooth it out. It did dry to a shine finish but again, I did have to use top coat to smooth it to a glassy finish.
Ophiuchus is a blackened olive green linear holo polish.

So pretty, I love deep vampy shades and this is perfect for that.
I've got to say, I'm digging the deep green. I could see this being perfect for a fall nail art manicure (if I was good at nail art).
Matte nail macro
Look at the green reflecting, it's begging to be showcased.
Here is three thin coats of Ophiuchus which was what I found was required for opacity. It dried to a glossy finish and dried to no texture so top coat to your preferred finish, but shown has a glossy top coat applied for added shine!
Electric Barbie-rella is a vibrant magenta with blue to pink glitters and a linear holo.

Wowzas, this pink could help you been seen by planes landing. It's bright, it's vibrant, it's gorgeous.
Just look at the glitters reflecting, I love.
Matte nail macro
Even matte, the glitters fight through to show their gorgeousness.
Electric Barbie-rella took two coats for full opacity and dried to a glossy finish. I didn't find any texture when it dried but I did add a glossy top coat for added shine.
