The January theme is All Eyes on You, which I took to mean it would be an eye-centric month. Once I received the bag, I saw that the card says that January is all about a standout look.

The bag for January definitely nailed the 'All Eyes on You' theme. I don't know that I'm a fan of the pattern on the bag, but I love the colors!

theBalm Mr. Write (Now) (Jac. B. Bronze) ($17.00) - This item was the guaranteed product for the month. It could either come in this bronze shade or in the deep purple (Scott B. Bordeaux). Either color is wonderful, but I would have loved to try out that purple. Still, the liner is wonderful and it stayed on nicely after I did a mini swatch.

Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes ($21.95) - I actually really liked this mascara. It added a bit of curl, which is what it's supposed to do, and it didn't make my eyelashes get clumpy or feel weighted down. It doesn't add tons of volume or length, however, so it's not for those that like to have those aspects.

Hikari Cream Pigment (Mink) ($13.00) - This is a very pretty bronze/rose gold shade of shimmer, but there's not really a ton of pigment in the color. It blends in with my skin a bit but looks much better after applying a few layers. it's a gorgeous color and nice for a quick sweep.

Lasting Smiles Lip Balm (Peppermint Creme) ($3.99) - These are actually available for purchase on Target, so I'm going to search for the other two flavors and try them out as well. I can always use another lip balm, so big win here.

Hey, Honey Open Your Eyes ($15.12) - As I do with all eye products, I tested it on my hand prior to putting it on my face. Immediately, I felt it cooling and tingling slightly. Open Your Eyes is an eye lifting and firming product, for under your eyes. I constantly look somewhere between sick and exhausted, so I definitely needed this!

All totaled, this bag was valued at $71.06, which is ridiculous for a $10 bag. With the January bag, I also picked up two tre'Stique mini lipsticks, which I got for free with points! If you sign up for Ipsy right now, there's currently no waitlist so you will start with the February bag! I loved the entire bag and really loved getting some free products as well!

As always, let me know what you thought of this bag in the comments!
