April's bags were random leftovers due to supply chain issues, we received 600 points (if we contacted Ipsy about it, they emailed us but didn't automatically add them to the account) for the 'trouble.'

Theme card.

Inside of the theme card.

Lucky Chick Semi-Matte Lipstick (Paradise) ($25.00) - Pretty lipstick shade, cheap packaging, definitely not worth $25. The shade is a nice burnt orange, almost brick red, and it stays on decently well. Not super long-lasting like a true matte lipstick but better than a glossy one. If the packing was better, I might consider it a $25 lipstick but the insides just don't match the outsides.

V Kosmetik Lightweight Powder Blush (Magnolia) ($Unknown) - Far too pink for me, I did end up passing this along just because of how bright and pigmented this is. I did like the formula, it's creamy without being overly creamy and I could see it lasting quite some time on the face. I just was not a fan of the shade.

Dionis Goat Milk Body Milk Body Lotion (White Jasmine & Shea) ($1.76) - This didn't really smell of anything other than coconut and shea, which is a positive in my books. I'm not one for florals so I wouldn't have kept it had it been super floral-y. This was fairly moisturizing but not overly, around the level of a Bath & Body Works lotion I suppose.

Benton Deep Green Tea Toner ($3.20) - While this did a fine job on that first step after removing makeup/cleansing, this doesn't have any additional benefits that I could find so I don't see myself repurchasing. I just receive too many of these basic toners in boxes to really have the need to purchase one.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops (Choice) ($4.25) - I didn't notice a difference in lightening dark spots, but this really wasn't a large enough sample to do such. It did add a good bit of hydration, though!

Swatches: Lucky Chick, V Kosmetk.

This bag was valued at $34.21 plus the blush, which I don't see being $16, which means another bag that wasn't valued at the guaranteed rate. These bags aren't really doing what they're supposed to be doing and I'm finding myself becoming disenchanted with them.
xoxo,
