From 2019, we have Frozen. Yes, we're back in the Helmer. I'm trying to cycle between recent releases and my Helmer to not show entirely old polishes but still show them love.

Frozen is a blue and purple microglitter with a teal shimmer and shifting flakies.

Brush macro.

Bottle macro.

Glossy nail macro.

I just love how this turned out. I wasn't sure based on the bottle if the shimmer was going to be evident, but dang, it is. 

I used three coats and this was fully opaque. It dried down smooth and to a shine finish.

Matte nail macro.

This is gorgeous matte but glossy is my favorite!

Formula: Good.

Coats for Opacity: Three coats.

Ease of Dry: Normal dry.

Texture: None noted.

Finish: Shine.
Removal: No issues noted.
Top Coat Used: Glossy/Matte.
