Where the Ocean Meets the Sky is a sky blue jelly base with violet shimmer, blue to violet to purple UCC flakes as well as green, cyan, and sapphire blue UCC flakes.
Brush macro.
Bottle macro.
Glossy nail macrfo.
I love this base, it's just like the best version of the ocean.
I used two coats and this was mostly opaque. It dried down smooth and to a shine finish.
Matte nail macro.
I love this matte, it just is stunning.
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats, mostly opaque.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
