Because Red Eyed Lacquer is amazing at keeping stock, this polish is still available alone for $9 or in the quad for $32! I bought this sometime Winter 2020, so that means this came from my Helmer which also means I'm slowly getting cleaning out my to-be-swatched Helmer! Score!

Shimmer Me Ruby is a light blue crelly with a strong red/gold shifting shimmer.
Brush macro.
Bottle macro.
Glossy nail macro.
I love me a good crelly, I just wish I knew why my nail line was doing that weird thing.
I used two coats, it wasn't opaque. It dried down to a smooth finish and a shine.
Matte nail macro.
I love how the shimmer looks with the matte top coat. It just glows so nicely!
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats, not opaque.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: Some noted.
