Jior Couture - The Tea on the Manatee Review | October 2021 Polish Pickup | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

I received this polish in exchange for a review, all opinions are my own. I'm also a moderator for Jior Couture's Facebook Group. Find out more here.

This month's theme is Monster's & Mythical Creatures and this polish is inspired by the manatee.

Polish Pickup is a monthly polish shopping extravaganza! Each month, there's a new theme (voted on by group members) and makers individually decide if they want to participate and create their own polish to meet the theme. This month, the store is open from 10/1-10/4, and you can buy as many or as few polishes as you want. The shipping is $3 or $5 depending on how many polishes you get, and they combine shipping if you make more than one order during the weekend!

Polish Pickup's info:

The Tea on the Manatee is a black to sea green jelly thermal with chameleon flakes that shifts blue, green, gold, and turquoise.

Brush macro.

Bottle macro.

Glossy nail macro (transition)

Transitioning, I really struggled not staying in this state. It was a warm day but once my nails got cold, they stayed cold.

I used two coats and this wouldn't appear opaque in the warm state but might in the cold if you don't have a strong visible nail line.

The flakies look so nice against the cold state!

I really struggled keeping this warm, so this almost looks transition-y.

Matte, the flakies really pop!

Coats for Opacity: Two coats, opaque when cold and not when warm.

As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
