This is such a pretty shade of teal, and I love the shimmer so much!
I used three coats and this wasn't opaque. It dried down smooth and to a shine finish.
Matte nail macro.
I like this matte because the shimmer is so strong that it still shines through!
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Three coats, not opaque.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
