Let me start this post by saying I'm not a medical professional and I'm not giving medical advice, only sharing my own personal experiences. This post is not meant to be a substitute for speaking to a medical professional.

I have continued to use Seed's Daily Synbiotic since my last post and thought an update was appropriate. First, let me remind you what Seed is. Seed is a probiotic blend that's perfect for your gut health, and other parts of your body. It's a monthly subscription wherein the first month you get the glass jar, the travel container, and a month's worth of probiotics. Every month after that, you get a refill kit. It's $49.99/month and everything is recyclable or compostable, so it's good for the Earth too!

Today, I'm focusing on the Refill Pack.

This is what arrives in the mail. The shipping paper is recyclable!

Inside the larger container is this smaller one filled with your capsules! I love how I feel when I'm taking it and can tell the difference when I don't. It might be TMI, but I enjoy being regular!

Both the shipping container and the inner packaging have this compostable packing to keep everything protected and safe in the shipping process, and I enjoy that about this brand. They think through every little thing!

As always, let me know what you thought of this review in the comments below!
