I always say I want a pink polish with a contrasting blue shimmer, and this is almost that. The goal polish isn't neon, but this is still stunning.
I used two coats and this was fully opaque. It dried down smooth and to a shine finish.
Matte nail macro.
I extra love this matte. It's just so velvet-y and gorgeous! The shimmer does die, though, but still, neon pink polish is fun!
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
