I didn't play Fallout 4, but spouse did and I recognize the character name from that. I'm not big into that style of video games, Sims & Minecraft are more my thing.

Trashcan Carla is a denim blue jelly based filled with red to green to gold shifting Aurora shimmer, holographic microflakes, and copper holographic microglitter.

Glossy nail macro
The base shade is super interesting, I love how it looks blue in some lights and purple in others. The copper microglitters really make it stand out, too!
I used two coats and it was mostly opaque. It dried down smooth and to a shine finish.
Matte nail macro.
I really love this matte, it just pops so nicely and doesn't loose the shimmer effect.
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats, mostly opaque.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
