What is the Create With Pen Monthly Bundle?: The Create With Pen Monthly Bundle actually has a few options. You can choose the Deco Kit (which is what I receive), the Vertical Kit (in physical or digital download), or the Combo Kit which includes both of the kits in a bundle. Subscriptions are open from the 22nd to the 3rd of each month.
How Much is the Create With Pen Monthly Bundle?: The Deco Kit is $11.50, the Vertical Kit is $15 for the Physical and $12 for the Digital, and the Combo Kit is $24.00. Shipping is not included and was $3.00 for the Deco Kit.

Journal Card - This is a little sappy for me, or maybe I was in a mood when I received this (and when I'm writing this). It's probably the latter LOL.
Planner Sticks ($3.30/ea) - I love the colors of this but they're a bit much for my planner style. I have thought about doing memory planning/journaling with stickers but don't know what size I would go with for that.
Die Cuts ($2.35/ea) Love these! Super cute and I totally want the first one on my laptop case (if that ever ships).
Sticky Notes ($4.99) - Love this for keeping on my desk for random things. It's the typical size of sticky notes which means I could write a note and put it in my planner for a deco moment if I wanted to!
This bag was valued at $18.64, more than the regular bags due to the bonus. I liked this theme but like I mentioned last month, I'm beginning to get overwhelmed with stickers and needed a break.
