Seed Daily Synbiotic Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

I received the below products in exchange for a review. I am also an affiliate for Seed. Find out more information here.

Let me start this post by saying I'm not a medical professional and I'm not giving medical advice, only sharing my own personal experiences. This post is not meant to be a substitute for speaking to a medical professional.

I have continued to use Seed's Daily Synbiotic since my last post and thought an update was appropriate. First, let me remind you what Seed is. Seed is a probiotic blend that's perfect for your gut health, and other parts of your body. It's a monthly subscription wherein the first month you get the glass jar, the travel container, and a month's worth of probiotics. Every month after that, you get a refill kit. It's $49.99/month and everything is recyclable or compostable, so it's good for the Earth too!

This is what you get. I didn't include my travel container, that was in my bag and I forgot to grab it...I still have it though!

The jar is gorgeous, it looks great with my other medicines and the glass is substantial.

Look at me, being fancy and ish. I thought I'd show you how big the probiotics are, and how they're not super big at all. I've definitely had to take bigger pills. And no weird burps afterwards with these!

I still have a refill pack so I thought I'd show that again as well. My first post has all of the important info but I thought I'd remind y'all of Seed and what all they offer!

As always, let me know what you thought of this review in the comments below!
