What is Allure Beauty Box?: Allure Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box. Direct from the website info: "Each box includes at least five editor-curated deluxe-size products, with a total value of at least $50. Our editors select a mix of luxury and indie brands for each box. Sometimes we include a bonus product (or two) from a mass brand as a free gift to you." They define deluxe items as anything that you can get three uses out of but they also consider a single face mask a deluxe item.

How Much is Allure Beauty Box?: Allure Beauty Box is $15/month. If you sign up now, the website says you'll get your first box for $5 off.

Allure's raising their prices to $23 starting in September.

Looks & Meii Brightening Lift Up Perfect Fit Mask ($2.54) - I don't do sheet masks anymore and I'd like to see Allure stop sending one monthly.

Erno Laszlo Sea Mud Deep Cleansing Bar ($23.00) - I'm not completely sold on this right now. You're supposed to scrub your face with the actual bar but I prefer to use my Clarisonic (because when you spend a lot on a tool, you have to use it). I don't know, I just like my routine that I already have. And I don't want to fall in love with it because it's super expensive and it'll end up breaking like a bar of soap always does once it's worn down.

Floss Brighten Up Highlighter (Sunlit) ($20.00) - Oh my gosh, this is so buttery smooth. I used my finger to get a more pigmented swatch and I'll definitely be applying this with my finger and then blending out with a sponge or a brush to get a blinding champagne highlight.

Whish Botanical Primer ($16.50) - This was super watery and oily feeling, not for me.

Pixi Rose Oil Blend ($24.00) - I like Pixi skincare products so I was happy to see the brand in a box. I have been trying to incorporate oils into my skin and now that it's (hopefully) starting to cool off, it's time to add them back into my routine all the time.

H2O+ Hydration Sensitive Gel Cream Moisturizer ($7.56) - This is a fine moisturizer but nothing special and I really like the moisturizer I've been using right now (it's still the Tarte gel one).

Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum ($11.20) - This is a nice serum but like I always say, it's hard to figure out if it's truly working with smaller samples. Because of the price tag, I don't see myself purchasing in the future.

Swatch of Floss.

This box was valued at $104.80. I'm happy to see some more makeup products in the box but I would like to see more consistency and just more out of the box in the future, especially with the higher price tag starting next month.

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments below!
