How have I never tried this brand before? I honestly am shocked that this is the first time this brand has been on my blog, and it's all because of a For the Love of Polish Box! Needless to say, this won't be the last time Illyrian is on my blog!
Owl Nebula is a teal base with a strong teal to purple to green shift and a micro holographic sparkle.

Glossy nail macro.
There's so much shift in this polish and the holographic bits really make this such a fun polish. You know how I love my shifty polishes!
I used two coats and this polish was fully opaque. It dried down to a smooth finish and to a shine.
Matte nail macro.
The shift really seemed to disappear with a matte top coat, I'm not a fan.
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
