Boxycharm - April 2020 Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

This post includes referral links to Boxycharm. If you use my link to sign up, I will get charms in my Boxycharm account. Find out more information here.

What is Boxycharm?: Boxycharm is a monthly subscription box that sends 4-5 full-size beauty products with boxes being valued at $100+. Each month has a theme but it's not followed exactly as much as the spirit of the theme. Shipping has gotten a lot better since my last Boxycharm post, I get my box almost always in the first half of the month (there is a distribution center less than an hour from my house).

How Much is Boxycharm?: Boxycharm is $21/month shipped. Currently, Boxycharm is offered to the US, its territories, and Canada.

Buckle in.

Info card.

Benefit Cosmetics POREfessional Hydrate Primer ($32.00) - I did like POREfessional in the past, but I have so many other better primers and so I did pass this along.

Elemis Superfood Cica Calm Hydration Juice ($48.00) - I like this fine. It helps hydrate and soothe, two things I want in a hydrator. This is a gel which I do like out of a moisturizer and it's not a horrid price for how well it works.

Iconic London Plumping Lip Gloss (Peek-A-Boo) ($26.00) - It's a no from me. I don't wear bubblegum pink lips.

Iconic London Illuminator (Original) ($40.00) - I also don't wear gold highlights, nor do I use liquid/cream highlights.

Illuminati Cosmetics Gel Paint Duo (Electric Pink & Blue) ($42.00) - I can't think of a time (other than recreating my high school makeup) that I'd ever wear a neon eyeliner. I went through that phase already.

This box was valued at $188.00, well over the cost and the guaranteed value of the box. I still wasn't a fan and only kept the moisturizer, which isn't good. Even my husband has noticed that Boxycharm just hasn't been doing it for me anymore and so if May doesn't blow me away, I'm cancelling this subscription.

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments below!
