Sephora Luxe - Complexion Your Way (Dewy) Bag Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

These used to be called just Play bags that were extras that you could purchase on the Sephora site but now the new ones are actually called Play Smarts and there are quite a few available currently. I love these as they're usually higher end brands, more samples, or bigger samples. Yes, I realize I'm not only paying $10 for samples from Sephora that used to be free, but now I'm paying $15-$20 each bag/box for more samples. It's a problem, I'm dealing with it, but I actually like getting these extra bags because more/different things.

Back with the final luxe bag that I've purchased. I haven't seen them for sale, but I haven't been aggressively looking like I once was.

The bag that was included.

Info cards.

Clinique Chubby Stick (Sculpting Highlight) ($14.29) - I really love the tone of this, but I don't like how it pulled up my foundation when I used it. Looking back, this would have been great for me now when I don't powder when I only wear concealer and some highlight. Might purchase.

Bobbi Brown Primer Plus Radiance SPF 35 ($6.32) - This left me looking shimmery and glittery, pass.

Cover FX Perfect Setting Powder ($3.50) - I really like this setting powder. It is a good loose powder that sets and blurs without leaving you looking gross.

\
Sephora Collection 10 Hour Wear Perfection Foundation (Sample) - I didn't have a shade that I could try in this sampler.

Sephora Collection Beauty Magnet Concealer Brush ($10.00) - I regularly use this brush to this day. I don't use the magnet in it, it just goes in my cup with the rest of my brushes, but I do like how this blends out concealer.

It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cleanser Skin Transforming Hydrating Cleansing Serum ($3.78) - This is a really good cleanser. It didn't leave me feeling dry or gross and didn't leave a residue.

Saturday Skin Waterfall Glacier Water Cream ($6.24) - This is so good and it's become one of my favorite moisturizers. It's good enough that it works for day or night!

Swatch: Clinique.

This luxe bag was valued at $44.13. It was a fine luxe bag, but I would have preferred to see larger items since it was a luxe bag. This felt more like a regular Play bag.

As always, let me know what you thought of this bag in the comments below!
