Boxycharm - December 2019 Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

This post includes referral links to Boxycharm. If you use my link to sign up, I will get charms in my Boxycharm account. Find out more information here.

What is Boxycharm?: Boxycharm is a monthly subscription box that sends 4-5 full-size beauty products with boxes being valued at $100+. Each month has a theme but it's not followed exactly as much as the spirit of the theme. Shipping has gotten a lot better since my last Boxycharm post, I get my box almost always in the first half of the month (there is a distribution center less than an hour from my house).

How Much is Boxycharm?: Boxycharm is $21/month shipped. Currently, Boxycharm is offered to the US, its territories, and Canada.

While this box wasn't super packed, it was HEAVY.

Storybook Cosmetics Fairy Tales: Little Red Riding Hood Palette ($35.00) - This swatches amazing and wears just as good. If the palette hadn't been so bulky, this would have been my go-to palette. It's just such a huge palette and I have others that are as good that I don't have to de-pot, so I gave this away, sadly.

Seraphine Botanicals Daikon + Dreams Lip Exfoliator w/ Radish Extract ($24.00) - I semi-recently had received a lip exfoliator and because I don't use them super frequently, I did give this away.

Saturday Skin Waterfall Glacier Water Cream ($39.00) - I tried a sample of this in another bag and let me say, you would have to pry this out of my cold, dead hands. This is one of those moisturizers that just feels nice to wear and when I run out of my current moisturizer, this will be my next one that I go through.

Brow Bar Brow Makeover Kit ($30.00) - I liked this formula but I received the dark one and it's too dark for me, so I did give this away after trying it once.

Ciate Marbled Light Illuminating Blusher (Berry) ($26.00) - I didn't swatch this because I went back and forth with using this, but I did decide to keep it and love how it looks as a blush topper. It's not overly pigmented but it has a nice sheen and I'm finally getting over my hatred of shimmery/sheen-y blushes!

Swatches: Storybook Cosmetics.

This box was valued at $154.00. I liked the box a lot and other than receiving a bad shade match, it was a great box.

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments below!
