Barkbox (Large) - November 2019 Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

Links below are referral links. This means if you click my link and make a purchase of Barkbox, I will get a free box in return. Find out more info here.

What is BarkBox?: BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for your favorite pupper. Each box includes five items, two toys, two bags of treats, and a chew. You tell them the size of your pupper and how you want to pay, and then you decide if you want to spend an extra $9/box for an extra toy! It's divided into three sizes, so Trumpet fits nicely in the middle category as 'Just Right' whereas Murphy firmly fits in 'large.'

How Much is BarkBox?: If you want no commitments, cancel anytime, the box is $29/month. A three-month commitment brings it down to $25/month. Six months is $23/month (billed up-front as $138) and a one-year commitment is $22/month but you get to pay monthly! You get free shipping anywhere in the US and Canada, but there is sales tax applied to certain states.

Him is just so cute.

And so is him.

Box theme.

Ducken Stuffed Turkey ($10.00) - There's actually a chicken in the mouth of the duck, or maybe it's a duck inside of a turkey. I'm confused, but when giving this to the boys, I found another creature in the mouth of this creature. I always think of How I Met Your Mother when I think of turducken because of the TurTurkeykey and how ridiculous white people are.

Colossal Casserole ($10.00) - This is a weird toy. It has Velcro so it stacks together, but you can also pull it apart to play a good game of tug of war. There are tons of squeakers in it and most definitely made a mess!

Triple Stuffed Treats (Duck. Lamb. Kale) ($5.00) - Oh, this had a smell. I'm convinced that my dogs love treats that are stinky and conspire to give more kisses when they have recently chewed the very stinky treats.

Tripe Stuffed Treats (Sweet Potato. Honey. Blueberries) ($5.00) - This smelled really good, which was a pleasant surprise. It was chewy and so both boys loved it.

Hard & Chewy Duck Stick ($3.00) - I wouldn't consider this hard, more like a stiff, chewy treat (there's a joke there somewhere). These say not to break but half of one of these is a big enough chew for my boys, so I do break them in half (I always monitor them when they have them).

This box was valued at $33.00, normal for Barkbox. I LOVED this theme, Thanksgiving is just filled with such good memories of eating way too much and then watching people fight over picture frames and wash cloths.

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments below!
