Barkbox (Just Right) - July 2019 Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

Links below are referral links. This means if you click my link and make a purchase of Barkbox, I will get a free box in return. Find out more info here.

What is BarkBox?: BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for your favorite pupper. Each box includes five items, two toys, two bags of treats, and a chew. You tell them the size of your pupper and how you want to pay, and then you decide if you want to spend an extra $9/box for an extra toy! It's divided into three sizes, so Trumpet fits nicely in the middle category as 'Just Right' whereas Murphy firmly fits in 'large.'

How Much is BarkBox?: If you want no commitments, cancel anytime, the box is $29/month. A three-month commitment brings it down to $25/month. Six months is $23/month (billed up-front as $138) and a one-year commitment is $22/month but you get to pay monthly! You get free shipping anywhere in the US and Canada, but there is sales tax applied to certain states.

Hehe, this makes me laugh for some reason.

Oh, look at someone being fancy and trying to be a good boy.

Oh yes, this is a rock inspired box.

Master of Hand Puppets ($10.00) - You could actually put your hand in this, which I did, and play with your dogs, which I did..until there was some biting involved. Murphy loved this and proceeded to destroy the heck out it.

School of Croc ($5.00) - Oh lord, these were the stinkiest treats I've ever smelled. It was so bad that even the dogs wouldn't eat them and I had to give them to my mom, who has dogs that will eat anything.

Hog Wild ($5.00) - These weren't as bad as the Croc ones, so we kept these and the boys seemed to enjoy them.

Heavy Shredding Guitar ($10.00) - Trumpet had a ball carrying this around. Less fun when I put it around his neck and made him look like he was playing guitar.

Yum Solo Drumstick ($3.00) - This is another chew that I was able to break in half for the dogs. I love when they include these types of chews.

This box was valued at $33.00. I loved the theme, it was adorable. I hated that one bag of treats and considered never getting dog treats again because of how bad that smelled. I think a part of my soul died.

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments below!
