Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer - Hiding Dory Review | Pink Color Box | Frankly Kiersten Reviews
Disclosure: I admin the BEGL fan group on Facebook as well as help run the IG. I have received PR from this brand in the past. Find out more info here.
BEGL is currently on a possible permanent hiatus. I'll let you know if she comes back. This is from the Color Box, a now defunct box where five makers worked with five swatchers/bloggers to create five different polishes in the same color family. I bought the pink and blue ones, so look forward to the rest of the pink box as well as all of the blue box in the future.

Hiding Dory is a coral pink packed with aqua shimmer, fine turquoise shimmer and gold microflakies.
Brush macro.
Bottle macro.
Glossy nail macro.
I'm not one for pinks (funny that I bought a box full of pink polishes, right?) but this is one of those that I've continued to love even well after I purchased and swatched it. I love polishes with a good gold shimmer and the pink base is gorgeous.
I used two coats and this applied perfectly. Easy dry down, no texture, all that you want from a polish.
Matte nail macro.
I really love this polish matte. Those gold microflakies look so good against the pink, love!
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Quick dry.
Texture: None noted.
As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
