What is Allure Beauty Box?: Allure Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box. Direct from the website info: "Each box includes at least five editor-curated deluxe-size products, with a total value of at least $50. Our editors select a mix of luxury and indie brands for each box. Sometimes we include a bonus product (or two) from a mass brand as a free gift to you." They define deluxe items as anything that you can get three uses out of but they also consider a single face mask a deluxe item.
How Much is Allure Beauty Box?: Allure Beauty Box is $15/month. If you sign up now, the website says you'll get your first box for $5 off.
This box was valued at $66.44, well over the cost of the box. I liked it okay and while everything wasn't for me, I could understand the theme and how everything fit into the box.
Yay, lashes. /s This box was filled with Allure's Best of Beauty winners so these are presumably amazing products.
Tarte Tarteist Pro Girl Boss Lashes ($12.00) - If these were just definition without length, I probably would have kept these. Because of my glasses, most lengthening lashes constantly brush against them and it drives me crazy. Thus, I gave this away with the below adhesive so someone could try it out.
Tarte Tarteist Pro Lash Adhesive (Clear) ($9.00) - See above.
IGK Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel ($2.94) - Strangely, I still have a tiny bit of this left. It put it on my ends to make my hair have that really cool piecey look that I so desperately wanted when I was a wee little emo kid.
Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial ($24.00) - Yes, I squealed when I saw this in my box. I always want to try Drunk Elephant products but it's expensive and I'm cheap. I like this, though, and have considered purchasing this in those gift sets that Sephora puts out around Christmas.
M.A.C. Lipstick (Ruby Woo) ($18.50) - This is a lipstick that I always wanted but never bought. I didn't want it because I loved the shade but total FOMO, so I felt a lot better when this came in this box because I didn't feel bad about having/getting it! Amazing formula, like all MAC lipsticks.
Swatch of MAC.
