Barkbox - July 2018 | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

Links below are referral links. This means if you click my link and make a purchase of Barkbox, I will get a free box in return. Find out more info here.

What is BarkBox?: BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for your favorite pupper. Each box includes five items, two toys, two bags of treats, and a chew. You tell them the size of your pupper and how you want to pay, and then you decide if you want to spend an extra $9/box for an extra toy! It's divided into three sizes, so Trumpet fits nicely in the middle category as 'Just Right' whereas Murphy firmly fits in 'large.'

How Much is BarkBox?: If you want no commitments, cancel anytime, the box is $29/month. A three-month commitment brings it down to $25/month. Six months is $23/month (billed up-front as $138) and a one-year commitment is $20/month but you get to pay monthly! You get free shipping anywhere in the US and Canada, but there is sales tax applied to certain states.

Hims so cute.

Couldn't pick one to share so, you get both puppers! Murphy was wittle when this was taken, he's not so wittle anymore.

That lobster is both terrifying and adorable.

Info card.

Dr. Devour's Power Gobbles! ($5.00) - These were a bit small for Trumpet, meaning they were extra small for Murphy. These were instead used as training treats for Murphy when we first got him.

SNARF! ($5.00) - Chewy? Check. Not beef? Check. It's a win in this house. These aren't too big or too small, so they work for both sizes of my boys.

Dr. Nibbler ($10.00) - Poor little Nibbler's potion was immediately torn apart by Murphy, his favorite part of any toy is the hair/fur. The toy lasted as long as the average Barkbox toy does, so no problems here.

Crab Van Goon ($10.00) - I like Panda's Cream Cheese Rangoons, is that close enough? (I don't like crab.) Little dude is cute, though, and Trumpet and Murphy sure enjoyed tearing him to bits.

Pork Hide Roll ($3.00) - I normally split the chews into two but when it's these hide ones, I a) don't let them chew these because they're greasy and leave a mess and b) can't be split in half to share between two dogs. I gave this to my mom who passed it along to a friend.

This box was valued at $33.00, but I'm not here for the value. As always, I really loved the box. The toys typically last longer than ones I get at the store and I just really enjoy how happy my boys get when the box comes in.

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments!
