The Howling Boutique's Supermoon Lacquer - Polar Light Review | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

I am an admin for The Howling Boutique's Facebook Group and I also run the Instagram account. Find out more info here.

I previously reviewed this polish here. Be nice, I thought they were good swatches. I recently decided to reswatch some polishes (and eventually all of the ones that I kept) so this ended up in the pile. Slowly, I will have decent swatches up and hopefully the old ones will just be a distant memory.

Polar Light is a light green scattered holographic with gold-to-green color shifting shimmer and blue-to-green iridescent microglitters.

Brush macro.

Glossy nail macro.

I've never been the biggest fan of green polishes, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. This is really pretty and I love the shimmer that you can see where the light hits.

I used two thin coats and this polish was fully opaque. It dried down smoothly and to a shine.

Matte nail macro.

Matte, the shimmer seems to have completely disappeared, which I am not a fan of.

Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two thin coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: Minimal texture.
Finish: Shine.
Removal: Normal removal, no issues noted.
Top Coat Used: Glossy/Matte.

As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
