If you looked directly at that pink/purple lipstick, I did the same.
What exactly is a Summer State of Mind? My mindset all Summer long is 'Ugh, hot. Ugh, humid. Ugh, does the sun ever go down?'
Info card/sheet of paper.
Yves Saint Laurent Parfum (Black Opium) (Sample) - Don't you hate finding a perfume you love and then it ends up being so expensive that you know you'll never buy a full-size bottle? Instead, I'll just limit my usage with this bottle (or buy that sampler because this is included). I love this scent and definitely would wear it all the time.
Benefit POREfessional Face Primer ($4.13) - This is my favorite primer so having it in a bag is always accepted. I haven't found one that works better, and I've tried, but it doesn't fill my pores 100% but it does what I need it to.
IGK Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel ($2.90) - I don't usually use hair gels but I do like to put a bit of this on the ends of my hair after I've straightened it. It doesn't make my hair get crunchy and it adds a bit of moisture and staying power.
Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick (K-Dub) ($9.09) - This lip color is way too bright for me to ever wear. I like the formula (a little on the drying side but not the worst I've ever tried) but I refused to open this to swatch because I knew I'd never wear it.
OUAI Rose Hair & Body Oil ($2.99) - Two hair products in one box is a bit much, but this is one of my favorite oils to add to the lower half of my hair for shine (and a bit of weight to keep it from getting fluffy).
First Aid Beauty Hello FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer ($5.60) - First Aid Beauty is one of those brands that I keep meaning to try more of their products but just keep forgetting to do so. I use the crap out of their moisturizer but the only other product I have tried was in the wrong shade. This primer didn't do anything amazing but also didn't create weird blobs, so it's a win.
This bag was valued at $24.71, double the cost of the bag. I didn't like the overlap of oils and primers, it seems like a bit of a miss. The products were good but definitely not the best bag I've had.
As always, let me know what you thought of this bag in the comments!
