Literary Lacquers - Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster Review | Swatch My Stash

How's y'all's Thursday going? The pollen count here has gone out the ceiling and I am struggling with that. Allergies, yay. Anyways, today I have a polish today from way back but it definitely deserves the attention. The brand is one of my favorites and I'm always a fan of another turquoise for my collection!

Here is Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster.

Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is a vibrant turquoise blue linear holographic polish with added fine holographic glitter.
Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is inspired by an impressive galactic cocktail invented by Zaphod Beeblebrox, the president of the galaxy, the hoopiest frood of them all, from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

I just love this polish. It's a little thin and I did have some visible nail line (I noticed it more in real life than in pictures, so it wasn't the worst VNL), but it's so pretty that I really didn't mind. Sometimes a polish has VNL and you get mad and you just don't like it, and sometimes the polish is so pretty that you can forgive. When wearing, I do use a white undie, which then means I don't need as many coats as well.

Just look at that holo flare. It's just too pretty for words.

Matte nail macro.

I was a fair bit shocked with how many pieces of glitter were in this polish. I don't know why, but I didn't see that many in the swatch pictures on the website. I like it, but I'm not sure I love it, matte, just because of the glitters showing through more.

Formula: Very goods.
Coats for Opacity: Three coats, some VNL.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: None noted.
Finish: Shine.
Removal: Normal removal, no issues noted.

As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
