The Howling Boutique's Supermoon Lacquer - No $h!t, Sherlock Review | Swatch My Stash
Hey, y'all! Hope your week is going well! Mine is hectic as always, which I both love and hate! Today I have a polish from The Howling Boutique's Supermoon Lacquer from one of the Anonamaker Boxes (Anonamaker is a box that a few makers join together to create polishes based on the happenings of the indie polish community). I chose to only purchase this polish from that box, just because it's the most amazing deep and spooky blue!
Supermoon Lacquer's store is currently closed (you can still look, just not purchase) but make sure to join the Facebook Group to keep up with when the store reopens!
Now, on to the polish!
No $h!t, Sherlock is a dark inky blue base with turquoise-to-purple and blue-to-red color shifting shimmer, iridescent rainbow micro flakies, and a scattered holographic finish.

Isn't this such a gorgeous deep blue? THB does such a great job with these darker shades of blue and this one is no exception. The holographic just pops against the base!
On the sides of my nails, you can see the shiftyness of the polish. Check out the red-purple going on there! It's amazing.
Matte nail macro.
The polish loses something with the matte top coat. It definitely needs to be glossy to show off all of the amazingness that this polish has to offer.
Formula: Excellent.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal.
Texture: None noted.
Finish: Shine.
As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
