Supernatural Lacquer - Mystery Prototype | Swatch My Stash
Hey, y'all! This is a super old swatch, which means this post is clearing out my backlog of swatches. I bought this polish over a year ago, as part of Supernatural Lacquer's SBS sale. She releases Mystery Prototypes from time to time and I made sure to grab this one (and one other) during that sale. They are polishes that never made it to be a full release.
Now, to the Mystery Prototype.
Mystery Prototype is a blue holographic base with a green to purple shift, copper glitters, and multicolored flakes.

Glossy nail macro.
When I first swatched this polish, I thought it was just going to be a metallic finish blue polish with copper flakies. I was so wrong. The shift and shimmer in this polish is ridiculously amaizng.
In some photos, the green shimmer/shift comes out more than in others. I really love how green this picture is leaning, it shows how surprising this polish really is!
Matte nail macro.
The deeper blue is showing through more here. The green shimmer is still there, but is definitely less evident with a matte top coat. The copper glitters show more under a matte coat as well.
Formula: Excellent.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal.
Texture: Slight texture.
Finish: Shine.
As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
