Happy New Year from Orglamix! New Year, new you? I get new year, new skincare routine vibes from this. What about you?

Theme sheet.

Info card.

Yogi Skin Detox Tea - I'm not a big green tea person so I, unfortunately, passed on these. I love black tea but green has never been my thing. I am very interested in incorporating teas with different 'good health things' into my diet. Maybe one day I'll be a green tea drinker, but not this day.

Konjac Sponge (Charcoal) ($10.00) - If you haven't tried a konjac sponge, I highly suggest getting one, possibly one of these from Julep. They come in a sealed package and arrive moist, which is completely normal! I keep mine in the shower and just let it get completely wet and then use it by itself to scrub my face (per a skin care specialist's suggestion). They can also be used with a cleanser if you so choose.

Detox Sugar Scrub (Black Magic) ($14.00) - This smells so amazing, like menthol, peppermint, and spearmint. I don't use scrubs on the day-to-day so these last forever for me so I did share this one with a friend that does use scrubs quite frequently.

Overnight Detox Face Oil ($38.00) - A plant-based oil that is supposed to support natural cell renewal and toxin elimination. I'd like to see some proof of it doing this before I say it did, because I didn't find any difference after use. On the other hand, I did have more moisturized skin, but that's only because I was wearing oil consistently.

Charcoal Aloe Face Cleanser ($18.00) - Instant pass. Charcoal products are good if you have oily skin or a lot of impurities but I find it a bit too harsh for me. I did give it to a good home.

The value of this box was $80, quite a bit more than the cost of the box. This box was more of a skincare box so it's a bit more boring than your typical Orglamix box, but the February box was gorgeous so just stick around for that. :)

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments!
