What Is It?: Loot Crate is a monthly gaming and geek subscription box that sends 6-8 items each month that caters to a theme of some sort. They don't do spoilers except for what the theme is, which kills me! It was nice to open a true surprise, though.

As you can see, my box came looking a little funny. No, this isn't editing, it's just that a lot of the black from the box had come off by it got to me. Nothing bad or annoying, just funny that it looks different.
Los Pollos Hermanos Apron ($25.99) - First, I have to admit. I have never watched a minute of Breaking Bad, so I had to Google this to see what this was from. I'm guessing the people at this fictional restaurant are the bad guys (because, Villains theme), but I'm not 100%. Still, cool apron and I know once I watch Breaking Bad, I'll understand it better.
Carnage Mug ($12.82) - This is amazing. I loved Spiderman as a kid and this is awesome. You could either get the Carnage one or the Venom one, and either one is completely awesome. It's perfect for Halloween/villain-y things and I can always use another coffee mug!
DC Comics Painted Wooden Figure (The Joker) ($12.99) - The Joker figure is exclusive to Loot Crate, but you can also buy similar ones in Superman or Batman on the regular market. The heads are interchangeable and the arms move! This is adorable for my desk, and I'm putting it there once we get moved (which is why I didn't take it from the plastic yet, I'd lose something!).
Hydra Pin ($19.99) - I read that this is supposed to be a Loot Crate exclusive, but it looks the exact same as the one at the link. Not a big deal for me, but I know some are upset that their 'exclusive' isn't really exclusive. I'm a huge fan of Marvel (obviously) and I love the Hydra story line, so this was perfect for me. it's going to look great with all of my other nerdy pins!

The estimated value of this box was a whopping $71.79, which thoroughly shocked me. I love the Villains theme and I think they spread it out nicely to show many different types of villains! Usually boxes tend to be centered around mostly one thing/maker, but this one didn't! The September theme is Supernatural, which thrills me to no end, so be sure to sign yourself up!
