This box looks so great and I love that it's made for summer.
Lifeguard Beach Toy ($4?) - There weren't values listed on this month's card so the value is a guess. I love this toy and how cute it was (yes, was). Trumpet destroyed the cross part very quickly but the rope part lasted a little bit longer. Still, it didn't last more than an hour. I can definitely see it being a cute tug of war toy for dogs that are inclined to play such.
Puppy Scoops Ice Cream (Vanilla) ($6.99) - This is an adorable idea, and Trumpet is loving it. It's made out of fully understandable ingredients and smelled like cake batter while I was making it. It does freeze very hard, so the recommended time to thaw out is definitely necessary. He's loving having a different kind of treat and he seems to really be loving the flavor. The ice cream is ridiculously easy to make, just add water and mix, and it freezes fully in five hours.
It looks just like ice cream for humans!
Pupsicles Freezeable Toy ($7.99) - I didn't try freezing it, which is what the point of it is. That's only due to us not really having a place for Trumpet to play with a toy filled with thawing ice. I love the idea and I know if we had a patio or backyard for him to play, he would have been playing with an ice toy! It, too, died pretty quick, but he did like squeaking it while he had it!
Puppy Chillerz Peanut Butter Jello ($4.99) - This is the cutest idea ever. It's just like making human Jello, just add water, and it set up in 20 minutes. I don't have silicon trays, which is the suggestion, so I just put it in a glass Pyrex container and cut it into pieces. They suggest giving your pup a small piece at first because some don't like the jiggly texture, but Trumpet had no problem with that. It made a ton so he has nice cool treats for when he comes in hot.
It smells JUST LIKE PEANUT BUTTER.
Fou-Stick Protect ($4.99) - I had literally been looking for something like this for Trumpet right before this box came in and I couldn't find anything I liked that didn't have a ton of chemicals in it. This one is made with wax, some oils, and a butter, which means it's safe for if/when your pup licks it off! There are a few varieties, but this one looks perfect for protecting Trumpet's paws from the hot pavement.
The estimated value is about even with the cost, but it was all things that I never would have heard of or tried and some great toys for Trumpet to destroy. He really loves his new treats and I am happy with the paw protector the most!
As always, let me know what you thought about this box in the comments!
