The 3B Box - March 2015

First of all, I want to apologize for this being what some might see as a 'late' blog. The 3B Box sent me this box at the end of May to review and I was told they sometimes send out popular boxes for bloggers to review rather than the current box. I was sent this box for free in exchange for a review, but all opinions are my own.

What Is It?: The 3B Box is a monthly subscription box that sends you a sampling of Asian beauty products and is a great way to try out kbeauty products without committing to full-sized, expensive-to-ship products that you may or may not like. Soon, you will be able to buy the full-sized products that you sample in their pouch!

How Much Is It?: At only $12/month, it's a steal!

I love anything that sends me a bag with it. The shimmer and the shade of purple are both gorgeous!

Holika Holika Juicy Shine Lip Balm (Raspberry) - This is the cutest packaging and such a great color. It's sheer and still has enough tint to add a little color! There's just enough purple in the pink to make me feel like I'm trying something new. The scent is to die for and makes my mouth water.

Too Cool for School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack - I have never heard of a 'sleeping mask' before this, but it's something I'm definitely a little scared of it. I move around a lot when I sleep, so there's always a chance that whatever I put on my face will end up everywhere else by the next morning. The little pack is just enough to be used once for anyone without having a ton of extra wasted.

Sulwhasoo Essential Emulsion - Apparently this is a 'light moisturizer,' which I never would have guessed. It's full of medicinal herbs to help your skin maintain water. It's such a super small bottle, so it's hard to figure out if it works in the long term or not. For what I did get to try, my skin felt more moist!

Sulwhashoo Essential Balancing Water - For another thing I didn't know what it was until I read the card, balancing water is a gel-like toner. It's made to be pressed into your skin, rather than rubbed in. This alone was a weird feeling, but interesting ending. Once again, it's hard to find out if something is going to work for you with only one use.

Holika Holika Daily Garden Lip & Eye Remover - This is a pretty good makeup remover that works nicely on mascaras. I always have a hard time getting my waterproof mascara/eyeliner to come off without taking off half of my skin, so it's nice to have something that makes life easier!

Overall, I liked trying out this subscription. I didn't do a price breakdown, it's just too difficult to attempt it when half of the information isn't in English and things are difficult to find for sale online. For only $12, though, I don't feel like anyone would be disappointed with this. There is currently a waitlist to get 3B, so I would join now if you're at all interested! As always, let me know what you thought of this in the comments!
