Ipsy Glam Bag #2 - June 2015

Disclosure: This review contains referral links.

What is Ipsy?: Ipsy is a monthly subscription that sends 4-5 products plus a different makeup bag each month. They also have a referral program where you earn points. Be sure to use your points within a year of earning them, though, because they do expire.

How Much is Ipsy?: Ipsy is only $10 per month. It is shipped to the US and Canada.

Check out other Ipsy reviews here.

This bag comes on my extra profile that has nothing done beyond the basic profile, so it's a good indication of what kind of bag might be received without reviews. If you'd like to see my review for my actual bag, click here.

Pink shipping bags are legit. My shipping materials are overflowing with pink, which is awesome.

Swim into Beauty is the theme for June.

I loved this bag. It's plush but simple.

Absolute NY Nail Lacquer (Tourquoise) ($4.99) - I'm dying a little, because the bottle itself says 'tourquoise' but the website has it spelled correctly. I'm not sure if someone was trying to be funny or if this was a major spelling mistake, but it's funny regardless. It smells like the inside of a nail salon, so it smells bad to me. It's a gorgeous color, but I don't like using polishes that smell this bad.

treStiQue Mini Shadow Crayon (Aspen Pine) ($10.67) - In my other review, I explain how I failed with this crayon. I love this green, it's a little brown but still a little green and very forest-y. Swatch below.

Pure Brazillian Miracle Leave In Conditioner ($6.00) - I am slowly starting to use hair products again. I have my hair at a manageable length where I can use a product without having to use a whole tube for one use. I have a mini pile I'm working on with different conditioners, so this will be used quickly!

dr.brandt Pores No More Vacuum Cleaner ($11.25) - Dupe alert! If there was an option on every subscription to say 'no dr.brandt,' I would use it. Trade pile, instantly.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer ($9.00) - This was one of the two possibilities guaranteed for all bags. I actually like Smashbox's primer, but it's nothing more special than other primers. Still, I'll use it.

This month's extra bag was valued at $41.91, for only a $10 bag! I did get some duplicates, but only one was something I was unhappy about. I am really excited about the leave-in conditioner, as I've never heard of the brand before this. As always, let me know what you thought about this bag in the comments!
