Better Half Box Guys - May 2015 + Coupon Code!

The wonderful people at Better Half Box sent me this box (and something else) to review! Better Half Box is this new monthly subscription box that is for both women and men, each getting their own box with their own theme. This is the review for the men's box, women's box will be up later this week (here)! I'm letting dear husband give his opinions (maybe with a bit of mine thrown in) on this, since it was for him. As soon as you get your mail, you'll know what you're getting. They're also super helpful and put 'Guys' or 'Gals' on the side, so you know which one you're supposed to open.
Theme card. Casino Royale is a great theme for a men's box in my opinion.
Information. I love how everything is detailed out for you.
BourbonQ Chicks Dig Me BBQ Sauce ($6.99) - It's sweet but spicy, apparently. This isn't my kind of sauce at all, but it's very much something husband would use (he likes really spicy stuff). By smelling it, I could definitely tell it's too spicy for me, but he liked it.
Air Force Aviator Sunglasses (~$15) - These feel like a novelty item you would get from a gift shop, rather than what he would normally wear. The hinges were very stiff and it all just felt a bit flimsy. I would like to note that no where can I find this brand, so the price is a guess based on what I've seen in shops before.
Chocolate Poker Chips (Exclusive) - These fit in with the theme and chocolates are always nice to have. It could have been very messy, had they melted, but luckily we got our boxes inside quick before the heat got to them. His exact words: 'pretty good chocolate,' high praise from him.
Virginia Candle Company Money Soap ($10.99) - It's a great smelling soap and the novelty of it is always fun. It's a bit on the pricey side, but I see it being a good gag gift for a sibling or kid. I'll end up using the soap from what's left of it, because husband cut it open to see what was inside. (Hint: only $1).
Jack Black Shea & Vitamin E Lip Balm ($7.50) - Getting lip balm might seem a little strange for a men's box, but it's a pretty nice product. It smells good, definitely more grapefruit than ginger, and doesn't add shimmer or shine. It's full of benefits without an extra fluff.
Las Vegas Shot Glass (~$5) - This is a nice shot glass, it has a good amount of weight to it. I love the design and it definitely fits in with the theme.
Bicycle World Series of Poker Playing Cards ($3.99) - We had actually been talking about getting some new playing cards, so this was nice to see in the box. They're special cards, not the typical Bicycle cards, but otherwise they are just basic (nice) playing cards.
USB Pen (Exclusive) - It took me examining the pen a couple of times and reading the paper before realizing that it wasn't just a pen. I love the idea of having a flash drive as part of a pen, and I would definitely like to see it be something for sale. It's just so convenient!
Overall, it was an interesting and very 'Vegas' box. I couldn't do a price breakdown on it due to the exclusives, but the value is still there.
